Empowering Financial Literacy: SSM College Hosts Insightful Seminar on Financial and Capital Markets

SSM College of Engineering successfully conducted a Financial Awareness Program on 22 nd July 2025. The session, titled "Financial and Capital Markets – Role of SEBI", witnessed enthusiastic participation from faculty members, staff, and students alike.

The session was graced by the presence of the Principal, Director – Research and Academics, along with various Heads of Departments and distinguished faculty members, underlining the academic importance of the event.

The keynote address was delivered by Mr. Bilal Ahmad Hakeem, who shared his deep insights on the functioning of Indian financial markets and the critical regulatory role played by SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India). His engaging presentation covered:
