A three day Breakthrough workshop from 19th- 21st july 2022 was organized by Business school in collaboration with Manford (Management foundation for organizational research and development) and HELP foundation. The workshop was headed by Mr. Anand David, a behavioral scientist, for conducting breakthrough workshops (BTW). The series was focused on transformational leadership. It aimed to equip participants with the ability to provide direction, vision, openness and trust. The focus of the programme was Achievement motivation and transformational leadership. The workshop was facilitated by Ms. Jooi Nikharge, Co-trainer Manford, Ms Arfa Kamal, Mr. Aftab Ahmed and Mr. Nisar Paul (Coordinators HELP Foundation).

The workshop was successfully concluded and felicitated by Dr. N. A. Shah Registrar SSMCOE, Mr. Ajaz Mistree HOD Business School, Dr. Afifa Ibrahim Nodal officer Breakthrough workshop and other faculty members of Business school. Dr Shah gave a formal Vote of thanks to the Team of workshop and praised their efforts in bringing out the best from the students. He also encouraged the team to conduct more workshops of these kinds for faculty as well as students in order to cope with the demands of the growing competition.
